perhaps Mike Sammes was lying over the hill. This one is middle of the middle of the road. Mike Sammes' was the truly fine bass voice accompanying Olivia Newton-John on "let Me Be There', "If You Love Me Let Me Know" and "Banks Of The Ohio". The Mike Sammes Singers also backed Jamaican singer Jackie Edwards on his gospel LP "Stand Up For Jesus" recorded in the UK in the 1960's.
