In the UK this record was released on the Oriole label in 1964, the information I have heard about the Carefrees is that they were session singers brought together for this one record, I have never heard of another record by them, I read somewhere that the singers on this track were all ex Vernon Girls, and like the Vernon Girls Beatles record this also failed to make the UK chart.

They borrowed the tune from the song "We Love You Conrad" from the movie "Bye Bye Birdie".
