There are 2 Laura Lee's one is British who issued the Joe Meek single "Tell Tommy I Miss Him" single, the other American, when I was searching ebay forTell Tommy I Miss Him there we CD's of Laura Lee's greatest hits there was never any mention of Tell Tommy, I then realized that there were 2 Laura Lee's.
This 1967 release was issued in the UK but did not make the charts.
