- I am married and have a grown up son we also had a foster child who was supposed to stay 2 weeks but was with us for 12 years. I like most types of music but I have always loved novelty records my first record being Martian Hop by the Randells unfortunatly this was lent to someone by one of my sisters and like many records never returned, when I started replacing my lost records at the bottom of the boxes there were always some records that I had never heard of or seen before these will be the ones featured here. Good little mid-sixties love song; and yes the bells chime sweetly. The Beatles' influence is also clear. This recording predates another beautiful bell-themed love song "Ring Bell, Ring Bell" by Miriam Makeba..."ring bell, ring bell, tell the world that all is well...love is here and all is well".
